I normally really like this place and always go for the top-level wash. This morning (3/9/15) I decided to get a wash after a few weeks of salt accumulation. I thought everything would be fine since I saw a car pull out, but it wasn't. It let me select my wash, the door opened and in I went. Things were proceeding as normal, then all of a sudden everything stopped and there were no lights or power. Luckily the door did open, but I was left with a car full of soap. I proceeded out and had to pay to activate the wand in the bay to rinse off my car. Had someone been there to help or offer a free rinse that would've been better. Still I had to pay for rinsing my car and didn't get any of the extras I paid for. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
The area's in which to vacuum your car are always filthy!!
....and to top it all off...the building in which to drive your car in to the automatic carwash looks like it's going to fall in. The top of the entrance is cracked badly!!

UPDATE - the owner got in touch with me and apologized and explained that their brush system doesn’t work with low-profile tires, which my car has. He sent a gift card for a free wash. Haven’t had an issue since, except the lines are often long. Have returned and expect to continue to be a long time customer.
Place needs an overhaul, and some people willing to clean up the vacuum area's. I for one don't want my new car filthy from all of the debris laying everywhere!!! The place is convenient for me, but I'll go elsewhere until it is properly cleaned up!! Sorry!!
