Her diagnosis and next steps worked out great for me. Other doctors wanted to perform surgery and she suggested a more conservative approach first. Needless to say, it worked and saved me money and months of rehab.
I have experienced a very bad care from Dr. Jennifer Vanderbeck becsue she does not listen to paitent's consernes and does not put her paitent first as she described on the web, I would not recommend her to anybody becasue paitent goes to doctor when for help but dr, Vanderbeck has her assitant to do all for her and she does consern her paitent at all.
Made promises she couldn't keep. Saw her in December of 2014. After my surgery I complained about agonizing pain. She gave me injunction of cortisone in the surgical site which was beyond my threshold. Then left room. I went to check out felt something I looked down to see a trail of blood and blood on my clothing from injection site. The nurse noticed and took me straight back to a room and bandaged it. Then to get refills on your pain medication you had to call and beg or go to the emergency room. My insurance didn't like that too much but whenever I called they told me that. Here I am coming up on 3 years and still struggling. I feel useless, defenseless and like a burden. Sorry but I do not recommend. Very nice person but didn't want to deal with my after care. I was basically forced to turn to pain management. Still trying to get opinions from other surgeons who refuse to help. They all cover for each other. Sometimes I wish they had taken my arm off. The way I live every day is not living.
