Cancelled my order last minute with no explanation. The order was a birthday gift. First and last time trying to order from here.
This is my second year in purchasing an arrangement for Valentine's Day to my fiancé and both years I order a week or so in advance and both years it was NOT delivered at all not even attempted to be delivered I call the store was on hold for 25 MINUTES!!!! Someone finally picks up and says it's still here in the store. Both years I was disappointed and was not going to order again from this store but I gave them a second chance and yet again they did it again!! So if you want it on a certain day don't expect it to arrive. Soo upset!
