I was referred to them by a very close neighbor who had work done a FEW TIMES at their home. She said they were EXPENSIVE, but "worth it". Called for an appointment, and was told they do not service my area. Funny, I literally just saw them doing work at a house on my street not long ago. The woman who answered phone said they were "too busy" and "too busy to service your area..." , and she could "recommend someone else". FULL OF S@#T & rude.
My Landlord called them in due to our own maintenance crew being overbooked. Not only were they fast, but the tech they sent was really great. Very friendly, thorough, and extremely considerate. Repair was completed in excellent time. I would definitely recommend them.
I want to sincerely thank Baretta for making me 1st on their list of jobs today. We had no heat since Saturday night, and being a single mother with an adult disabled child I was very scared. Your technician was wonderful with my daughter and explained everything to her and me via phone. You have been wonderful to me since I first became your customer 4 years ago. I was very disappointed in the service I was given. I called to make an appointment with the company, which was no problem. Day of service came and didn't get a phone call about when they would arrive until after I had called. Then the very rude and abrasive woman told me that would not be able to make it that day and that they canceled, over an hour after they told me when they would be there. She told me, "they could maybe do tomorrow morning". Then proceeded to tell me they didn't make appointments and that I was told that when I called the first time. I was not told this at all. Why would I make an appointment with them if they don't make appointments??? I can not comment on the quality of their work because I never even saw them. Would have been nice to know they were so flaky about actually showing up.
These are the best plumbers I have ever had. All of the guys are professional and honest. The women in the office are also very pleasant and helpful. I just can't say enough about how great they are!!!
