Best gym around. Excellent coaching. Will get you in great shape starting from any fitness level, at any age. The only prerequisite for a good Crossfit experience is a want to better yourself, whether you are 15 or 65. Relaxed but serious environment. Good quality equipment. Crossfit for one hour 4-5 days a week with the good people of CF Vineland is the best investment you will ever make in regards to both your mind and body.
