I got a gel ,manicure on Sunday and less than 4 days later 3 nails have chipped terribly. It was bad enough during the manicure the nail tech changed to someone else, but this is by far the worse manicure I have ever received. Not worth the time or money. 2 days before Christmas and I have to go get them done again.
Clean, thorough and professional. Not only the first time, but every time! Even when they are busy, and that is often, they are still pleased too serve you. My wife, Daughter and I have been going here for several years now. Try it, you'll love it!
I Called in advance to get an estimate for a refill. Walked in and was told price and to pick a color. I told them I wanted a french white manicure , and to replace a few nails that had broken off. A Man took over and insisted I get a new set, since the charge will be more to repair. I said OK, but requested acrylic removal with acetone. "Softer /healthier removal" By the way I'm 7 months pregnant and wanted a nicer look for my baby shower that is in a week. Manager of place insisted he wouldn't hurt me, much faster to remove it using his method. Well, His method was to use a single piece of plastic to dig in my nail and slide them off which Left my 2 fingers in pain, and third bleeding!!!!!!! I pulled back and said no more!!! Manager saw my frustration and apologize for not listening to me 1st time. Man got up and shook his head as if I were the problem and walked away mad ! Next lady soaked my hands in acetone and insisted to put my 3 brittle nails 1 HALF CUT OFF In while it burned like hell. After that she put super glue on my wounded nail and said it's ok. After that I refused to further my service by getting full set. I simply asked for a quick paint and left quick as I could with NO tip! 1st and last time going there . Staff was not considerate. I was polite since I walked in thru the door with my 6 year old and PREGNANT! Whole experience was rushed, and I didn't get a single apology from staff . They spoke in their language and laughed. Better off going to Hammonton BQ Nails! My Mistake for going to Best Nails thinking they were good and friendly of the reviews . WRONG!!

I went here to get a mani/pedi for a funeral because it was recommend. I was rushed which led to a bad paint job with my pedicure. During my manicure I was insulted the entire time about my cuticles having too much skin, went to pay only to find out they are cash only. Cash only is not posted anywhere in the shop. Had to inconvenience someone to bring me cash, which I was lucky because my entire family was preparing for the funeral. Seems like if you're not a regular or have an appointment, you will be insulted and rushed out the door.
