All American was the first company that was able to quickly identify what the issue with our Vermont stove was and quickly repair it. Bob is very professional and did a complete chimney sweep in addition to making our stove work and look like new. He also provided self maintenance advice instead of trying to push a check up. My wife and I are very happy
