I own a small Plumbing and remodeling business. I did some work for John Heist. I was so impressed with his work ethic, and I was due for renewal on my business insurance, I decided to get a quote from his family's agency. I was so impressed with the level of service from everyone I dealt with in their organization, I little by little starting renewing all my policies, both business and personal with the Heist Agency. I literally have every piece of insurance with them now, Including my Life Insurance. I am frustrated every day with the lack of service provided by businesses across the board, and that just is not the case with Heist. From start to finish to follow up, they are incredible. Not to mention, God forbid you have a claim, that is where they shine!!! Most companies from my experience just seem not to be there when you need them most, but early into my relationship with them, one of my job sites was robbed, and the staff at heist help walk me through the uncomfortable process, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone, OLD SCHOOL work ethics still alive at Heist.
