Update. Over an hour later food comes after im eating something else, and they say it was delivered and paid for...to my house. Which if i paid why would i complain that i never got it. When i asked who paid for it, it was a black guy, heavy with dreads....who lives across the street but yet it was deliveree to MY house. I guess all dark skinned people look the same. Oh and btw, i did not order chicken alreado pasta bowl with onions. Find a new job. Philadelphia inquirer is hiring for newspaper delivery
Twice I have ordered salads online from this Domino's and twice, 20 minutes after placing the order I get a call telling me they are out of ALL salads. If they can't keep their inventory up to date online at least they could call as soon I place the order...Then, they call a second time and ask for my card information to refund me for the salad...Because they can't do it all on one call? Did I get some consolation item? Nope! This is BAD business. I think I am done with Domino's!
Please Dominos of Landis Ave in Vineland NJ, hire a crew that actually cares or just shut it down because its an embarrassment.
I usually don't make bad reviews but this domino' pizzas are horrible. My pizzas were burnt and had no cheese.

True customer service has become a thing of the past. My first mistake was to be lazy like most of us and decided to order from dominos. Onces we received our order we made the driver aware of the fact that our coke was missing of which we paid for not a part of a special and we asked him to have a manager call us as i figured why ask this young man to go out of his way twenty minutes just for a 2 litter. Almost an hour goes by and my wife says, " i believe its time to call cause obviously they aren't". I call and explain the situation and she replies, "ok, sorry about that", then after an awkward pause..... finally i say, "hmm can i speak to the manager to see if maybe we can get a coupon or something for our troubles?" She replies, "coupon?" I said well yeah, i did pay for the soda. She says, "ok i'll send the coke and what do you want a sauce for your troubles?"
