I would give it more stars but it's supposed to be hot and ready not come in and wait 20 min for two pies and still forget your cheesy bread every time
This place is ridiculous. I went on Fri night and there were about 4 teens in the back taking selfies, on their phones, and displayed no type of customer service. One kid was handling money, then went back and prepared a deep dish pizza using NO gloves. If she didn't have gloves, she could have at least washed her hands first. I saw another kid go from cleaning equipment, to preparing food, to handling garbage because it was 15 mins til closing time. On top of that, I was with my brother but we had separate orders. I ordered 3 pizzas and he walked outside to confirm his order with his wife. Took 2 mins. Came back in and this girl told him they are only making deep dish pizzas now so he didn't order. No customer service skills at all. Straight RATCHET is all I can say. All of them are ratchet and need not be working without ADULT supervision.

Hey next time I order extra cheese it means extra cheese, not get one out of the bin and say that's mine. Better yet, hire component employees that don't lie to your face. I've been to others in nj and they have been far far better than this one.
I'm a big fan of Little Caesar's pizza but this place makes me want to go to the pizza hut near by instead. I came in Sunday the 3rd around 5:17 pm and placed an order that wouldn't be "hot and ready" so I knew I'd be waiting a bit. I watched as more than half a dozen people walked in over the period I was there and each waiting a time for their good but walking out before me. As I waited I watch several workers come out and grab 20ozs from the fridge and take it to the back to drink as they ate pizza and talked. I was asked what order I was waiting for several times (by the same person) before I was give nearly all of what I ordered. They seemingly ran out of wings so I was give whatever they had left, which was wings but not the kind I ordered. I can handle getting barbeque over buffalo wings and even a reasonable wait, but when it looks like orders are mismanaged and people in back are too busy messing around and eating the food they're supposed to be making for customers, that bugs me.
