I had Jim from A.R. Sauro come to my house today to service my water treatment system. Unlike the last company (Thomas Byrd) we had service our system, Jim obviously new exactly what he was doing and made sure that the existing, old calcite was broken-up and properly flushed. A great job and a really nice, personable guy. Both Jim and A.R. Sauro are highly recommended.

A. R. Sauro is a very professional and reliable company. We had two issues that needed to be addressed. The first issue was an immediate concern, a major water leak in our Wash Room. The second issue was to purchase a Water Conditioner/Softner. My initial contact with the company, was with Davina. She was able to get a Service Technician to our home to fix the leak, the next day. Davina walked me through all the water treatment options. We decided to purchase the Water Softner, Filtering and Drinking Systems and are very pleased with our purchase.
