Called several times. Spoke with a lady who informed me my storage was safe and would not be sold. Went inside to pay in full. Week later. Credit card did not work. Informed the lady I would be back with a different card next day. . She not once mentioned my items would be auctioned the following day. I was told letters were sent prior to me speaking to either representative. But after speaking and being assured my things would not be auctioned, and communicating I would be in to pay in full. My things were auctioned. I did speak with manager, but my things were already gone.
Excellent staff and good price for the different sizes of storage they have. I love it
