Cute handsanatizers and soaps but they are really expensive and the people who work there hover over you and ask "are u finding everything ok" and it gets annoying after the third time because I'm just looking around.
Service is great, And every thing smells so good.
So I walked in and found two scents I liked and of course they were the only ones left, I wanted to buy more so I was looking for someone to help me. I heard an employee say to two ladies can I help you with something and they said no so I approached her and was like “excuse me” and I got no response, then I said “ miss” still no response... I said miss again and LIZ still continued to stock her shelf and didn’t say can I help you with something so I just started asking my question about the bottles and she made me yell it like she could not hear me which I found odd cause I was right next to her but yet she could hear ladies from a distance say they didn’t need help... I did not like her customer service, and found an extra bottle of the scent I was looking for on my own... Sherylann the cashier was very helpful and sweet and she informed me that I could probably check on the website to find the scent I was looking for... she is the only reason I gave a 3 star otherwise I would of given a 1 because of Liz’s attitude towards me... everyone deserves to be treated equally regardless of race...
The accessibility is terrible! No one with a wheelchair or large stroller can easily manage the aisles and most if not all the workers jump on the customers like vultures and continue to follow and ask the customers if they are finding everything and if they need help ,while holding an empty bag, in hopes of making that next sale. I will not be shopping in any Bath and Body Works again. .
