The only vet I'll use. Hands down the best. Dr banks and his staff are very genuine, caring people. They really love their jobs and want nothing but the best for your animals. Ive been bringing my rats there for years. Also my cats and lately my new puppy who needed an emergency visit when I first got him. He wasn't very well taken care of before, and was very malnourished and dehydrated. Dr banks and his staff did everything they could to help my puppy, and thanks to them, he's on his way to 100%. I'm forever grateful.
Dr. Poff is a wonderful vet.....she is very kind and compassionate, as is Dr. Banks.....overall, a great team.
Went there yrs ago and have never went back! The front desk people looked and acted miserable, wait time was unbelievable and the docters assistants were short tempered with my puppy! I'd give this place 0 stars if I could! The staff there are judgemental and condescending! I took my puppy there for shots and to get his nails clipped and the way they handled him is probably the reason he is terrified till this day of anyone touching his paws!!!!
Kasper has been seeing Dr. Banks for 6 years. He is always attentive & up to the minute. Staff are great as well.
