Horrible experience this bank robs people they overdrafted my account which was $0 balance for at least 4 months due to losing my job a total of $400 unbelievable when my old job send them a check they forced open my account to take what I supposely owed them and didn't bother to even give a courtesy call to let me know they had the remaining balance. My account had no activity for at least 4 months no $ going on or out. Yet they kept giving $ out at my expense.
Horrible !!! Will be transferring my money out of there real soon ... Hate their hours...their too slow on everything

They managed to lose the paperwork for my IRA transfer and took almost two months to complete what should have taken seven to 10 days. So in addition to being careless and unprofessional, they denied me the ability to earn interest on my money for a month and a half. I call that robbery. Glad I don't do any other banking there.
