How an I press 1 on a screen with no visible keyboard?
Also I was 6th in line (on a Saturday). It took over a half hour to get up to the transaction location. They only had 1 lane open. One guy was just standing around talking to the clerk. Good job Sun. If you want poor service this IS the branch to go to.
