We took my son's BMW 535i to European Auto Specialist based on a recommendation from a friend. We couldn't have been more please with the experience, the results and the price. The first thing Lou did was to develop a prioritized list of repairs starting with those that needed to be done in order to bring it back to life and then others that we might want to do on down the road, but weren't critical. Once we talked through what we wanted to do and gave him the go-ahead, he did an excellent job in communicating where he was at each step of the way. We never felt as though we weren't aware of where he was in the repair process. We thought the price that he quoted was fair and he stuck to his original quote from the beginning to the end. The car runs great and I won't hesitate to take any of our cars back to Lou for repairs at European Auto Specialist.
I could go on all day about these guys. But in short they are the best in the area. I recommend lou to everyone. He's thorough, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I've been taking my cars here for about 5 years now. It's clear he takes pride in his work and his business. You can't ask for much more then that.
The only place I'd take my car to. Honest & affordable mainly because they never do unnecessary work on your car. As they say. "They have enough real buisness, so thiers no need to rip anyone off"
