Quick good oil change service
Hector the manager was a big joke. Very unprofessional. They rushed through my oil change and didn't do all the things that are normally done. Like put air in my tires, check my brakes ect. This was all because Hector lied to me , said I was next for my oil change. 15 minutes later I hear him talking to a female who needed an oil change, he told her he can do it. Half an hour or so goes by and he calls the female to let her know her car is done. What about my car? I was 15 minutes ahead of her. But he did her car first. I was pissed so I got up and started looking in the back and Hector came out and said you car is almost ready. What bullshit! So they rushed through mine. Didn't do everything, now I wonder if they really did change my oil. This place needs new management! I've been coming here for years and the previous manager was great. To all the men who go to Goodyear whatch out , if a hot chick comes in after you Hector will probably put her ahead of you and think you are stupid and won't realize it or he just don't care. What a terrible manager, Goodyear I deserve better.

DO NOT BUY TIRES AT THIS STORE! The store manager is Lazy and uncaring. I had a set of Goodyear Triple Treads rated for 80k that were only 2 years old. At about 33k the tires were FAILING. These tires were unsafe. The STORE Manager RICHARD DUFRESNE. (see Rich I didn't spell it wrong) went outside to look at the tires, he did a quick lap around the car rubbing his hand across the tires taking a quick look at two and almost without stopping came right back inside. I was informed I had a Mechanical failure causing TIRES TO COME APART. I insisted the car be put up and inspected. The car checked out mechanically and the alignment was good. The new story was, " aggressive driving and hard cornering!!" Now he’s insulting my wife’s driving to sure up his ridiculous excuses. When I asked for his name he sarcastically responded, “ LET ME GIVE YOU MY CARD SO YOU DON’T SPELL IT WRONG.” I had to contact Goodyear Corporate which was GREAT. They sent me to 2 other locations and BOTH declared them DEFECTIVE and Goodyear prorated and REPLACED THEM immediately.
