If you need work on your transmission, Ralph's is the place to go. I had both trans and oil leak issues. Lenny put my truck up on the rack and only 1 vehicle for tansportion. I brought my my vehicle in at 9am Lenny examined the issues himself. He told me my transmission was "weeping" and that I needed a new filter and fluid. He estimated the cost to be about $100. The final cost including tax parts, labor $106. I didn't have cash on me because I only expected an estimate and the work to be done at a later day in the week or the following week. To my surprise, I was asked to bring my vehicle in at 11:00am. I was home by 11:45am! Speedy service, professionalism, courtsey, cleanliness and a convenient location! If you need trans work done, RUN don't walk to Ralph's!
