Overbooked office leading to long wait times, often 1-2 hours past appointment time per visit, for a rush 3-7 minutes in exam. Reception staff was rude 9/10 times. After I had complications with another part of my back, the doctor refused to push for another MRI, told me to put a heating pad on my back and offered more painkillers. After constant refusals to actually treat me, I left that drug-peddling clinic and haven't looked back.
