Because of this, I've decided to switch doctors. An office staff that acts like it can't be bothered to do their jobs, and refuses to help a person out with their own records doesn't need my money.

Dr. Rhyme is the most professional and compassionate doctor I have ever dealt with. He truly cares and if you are a patient of his, you know this.

But then, that's the problem, isn't it? There's so much money flowing in that they don't have to care about losing anyone.

I have been calling them to schedule an appointment since August.. It is now December and I have yet to receive a call back.. I recently came out of the hospital on November 9th n have been trying to schedule an appointment to discuss my results and go over my Lyme's Disease blood work.. They won't answer their phones and no matter how many times you call and leave a message they will not call you back.. I used to love this doctors office and I always recommended them to others but I refuse to anymore.. Its absolutely ridiculous to come out of the hospital and now a month later I still have no appointment and I have called numerous times and its the same thing over and over. The phone rings a few times and then an answering machine picks up. If you select a different option it does the same thing.. Needless to say I will be getting all my medical records and finding a doctor who actually cares about their patients well being.. Very disappointed because I have always thought so highly of this doctors office... Its actually very unprofessional and no one should have to wait 4+ months to see a doctor or even get a call back.

Dr. Rhymes was very understanding during the first visit and understood that I had many many medical issues that needed to be acknowledged and he agreed with me and promised me he was willing to work with me and find out what was wrong with me, although he only spent 10-15 minutes trying to get to know me... During the 2nd visit he asked if I had the blood work he ordered and I promised him that following Monday I would get it done, which I did and he then again promised me he would work with me and he was suppose to work with me mainly on my depression and anxiety. The medication he prescribed me made my mind to cost to even take care if my 2 and 3 year olds the following day so I had to call him for a different medicine. One of his nurses start telling me there were a few things with something wrong with my bloodwork but told me half of what was wrong and then said I had to speak to the doctor for the rest of my results and now I can't get my results because the nurse said in not allowed to see or speak with him. Those were the only 2 times I seen this doctor and then he sends me a letter discharging me saying he feels uncomfortable treating me as his physician(after my blood work came through).... was it because my medical file was too much for you to handle and you didn't want to take on finding out what is medically wrong with me? I've only asked you to 1, find out what's wrong with me and 2, treat my depression and anxiety (which i was being treated for for 11 years until i moved out of Vineland/Cumberland co)until i can see a psychiatrist in may, 2017....i never asked for a bunch of medications and i gave him nothing but the upmost respect. Then there are people I know personally that he gives multiple medications to that they don't even take but go and brag about selling them in the street! He can be a doctor that will prescribe drugs to people like that nbut couldn't find out my medical mysteries? He couldn't even refer me to other doctors or specialist to help find out what's wrong with me! I found it to be so very unprofessional and disrespectful and he couldn't even give me a reasonable explanation for not treating me. I guess alot of people have great experiences with him if he gives them their pain medications but doesn't want to treat someone that need to get to the bottom of being medically sick.... Such a disappointment coming from such a Christian doctor/man but I'll continue to pay that God opens his eyes to see the several patients that are using him, getting drugs from him to sell. Now I pray I find a doctor that keeps their promise when they say they are going to help me and do the necessary testing and treatments.... And I pray that the next doctor doesn't hurt my feelings the way he did.

The best Doctor!:)

Dr. Rhyme himself is good. I haven't been to see him in awhile, but I do remember that much. However, I have had to deal with his office staff lately. Trying to get a simple little bit of information from my medical records has taken me three weeks so far, with nothing to show for it. Phones go unanswered, messages go ignored. The biggest lie I've heard is "we'll get someone to call you back." Yeah, no, this doesn't happen.
