I call to make an appt get told to please hold wait over 5 mins get annoyed and call back to find out they all left for the day..... calling my dr to see a different dr already not liking their conduct
Never been to a doctor's office before that WOULD NOT ACCEPT CASH as payment. I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD that they get to keep on file "just incase there are any additional charges from the insurance company." What am I missing here?
