Very disappointed new patient - I planned to have my Lasik done here in 2018. After scheduling a routine eye appointment in advance, I was left waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. When I approached the desk, I was told I was next although three more people were brought in before me. When I asked how long the appointment would be they said that the doctor did still have another additional 3 people in front of me so I left. Will never return. They have no value for patient's time and I would have gladly rescheduled had they called and explained they were so excessively behind schedule before getting a ride there and waiting so long.
