I only saw the actual doctor ONCE during the entire two years I visited this practice; the rest of the visits were with nurse practitioners. They sent my urine specimens to a lab not covered by my insurance, and that ended up costing me hundreds of extra dollars beyond my usual visit co-pays; I had NO choice but to pay up! Also, the benches in their waiting room are extremely uncomfortable! I do NOT recommend this practice!
They cut my husband from the suboxen program with no warning. He came in for his monthly appointment and was told there would be no prescription for him, from a secretary, when he asked to speak to dr.chapdelaine they threatened to call the police? What a joke. Over the past three weeks they have also cut 4 other people with no warning, including an older man with chronic back issues from falling off a roof and a CANCER PATIENT. They love getting new patients and cutting them off within a few months. I understand your need to reduce patients from time to time, but cutting a recovering drug addict from a recovery program and a cancer patient who relies on medication with no warning should be against the law. This dr doesnt care about his patients and the secretaries are about the only ones you will ever see. Terrible terrible man. And a joke of a doctor.
The place is a complete joke! They just dropped me as a patient by sending me a letter letting me know. I WIL NEVER be recommending them to anyone!
Very bad place, they treat everyone like a drug addict. I have lower back problems and I had the mri to prove it but still they thought I was trying to just get drugs. They do not care about their patients and they won't do anything to help you with the pain. they will give you extra strength Tylenol and expect you to live with that. Like I said a very bad place and will never go back there again
