Very convenient that they are affiliated with Members 1st FCU as I live closers to this branch.
I am a member at an associate credit union that is out of state. They are simply wonderful when helping me do my banking even though I am not an actual members. They are hassle free. I will open an account with them.
I've been a member here for over 13 years and it seems to get worse every year. The tellers are rude and always mess up my transactions. They seem to really hate their jobs and it's frustrating. I don't need tellers to say Hi or bye (which they never do here) so that's fine but at least pay attention to what you're doing. I don't trust any of them. I'm currently looking for another bank or credit union because this one is just not working. Don't expect anyone to care since I've complained multiple times about them giving out my information to other individuals or someone else's information to me and they have yet done anything about it. I don't need someone knowing my balance if they are not on my account and vise versa. Honestly, this credit union should be shut down!
I don't have no promblem with nobody. They are very pleasant with me!! They are all very nice people.
