Delivering care as well as social contact is extremely important in a programme that supports independent living. We all consider this a great example of compassionate care and a fantastic alternative to hospital bed occupancy.
We have had a couple of aides from this company. One lasted 2 days, the second lasted for about 2months, but with her not having a grasp on what her duties were after being told a few times, arriving late, leaving for lunch and leaving early they replaced her with another who had to leave midshift for about 1\2 hour to 45 min.... Everyday. I was also informed from someone from their company that they were more interested in money than properly making sure they staff is trained for all the tasks they are to perform. We were supposed to get another aide from this company today. No call, no show. I give them no stars but to have this posted I had to give one star.
I love Carelink Health Care Services. Very professional in providing excellent care for my love one. I am so impressed with their staffing services to be precise. I can count on Carelink Health Care Services weather snow, rain or shine to attend to my love one while away. I highly recommend anyone who needs compassionate, loving and caring person to care for their love one at home to try Cearlink. Most importantly, I was at ease knowing I have licensed RN, LPN, CNA CHHA and PT services to provide the best care possible for my son.
