I went there for a sprained ankle. I was seen very quickly. I was taken for an X-ray of my ankle and within minutes the dr was in to review my results. Dr. Milas came in and stated that my results showed no indication of a fracture and that basically I had a sprain. From there he said that I could wrap it, use crutches, or simply do nothing, it was up to me. He seemed very rushed and very matter of fact. From his 2 second assessment of my ankle, I would’ve expected him to at least make a recommendation since I was there to get it checked out. He said that I could return to work right away and never even asked to see what I did for a living because he was such in a rush to get out. When I told him that I was a nurse at Inspira he told me that I would have to avoid prolonged periods of standing... as a physician, he should know that nurses are on their feet all day long. Again, he was very dismissive of that fact and said he’d write me a note for light duty. When I told him that I wasn’t sure if my job (Inspira) would give me light duty and if he could just give me a week off, he told me “they” don’t really like us to put people out for that. I asked if he knew whether I’d get paid for time off if they could not give me a light duty job and he then stated that he would check with occupational health (right outside the room) and get back to me. As I waited in the room, I overheard him ask someone and then herd him say, “I’m just going to put this” and then he went into the room next door to see another patient. I waited in the room expecting him to come back in with what the plan was and then I heard him leave the other patients room and pick up the phone for a personal phone call with his child. At that point I left the room and when I approached the desk, the nurse grabbed my paperwork and Dr Milas never even bothered to look up at me, acknowledge me, or anything. I asked the nurse what he wrote on the discharge summary/instruction paper and she basically read to me what was on there ( which nothing against her, but I could’ve done myself). I left feeling very dissatisfied with the fact that he left me hanging in the room waiting for an answer and just dismissed the fact that I had a work conflict/issue related to my injury that I needed to get resolved. I did end up calling him back letting him know that I felt I received substandard care, why I felt that way and that I would NEVER return to that location, he gave me a very generic apology and said that he asked his nurse to explain it to me and thought the paperwork was pretty self explanatory. For being a fairly young Dr. he definitely doesn’t seem to be happy or passionate about his job at urgent care and it reflects on his bedside manner and the way he cares for his patients. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there! Don’t waste your time. The quality of care and communication is beyond substandard.

Great service very friendly and knowledgeable staff clean in and out in lass than 1 hour X-ray and stiches complete with professional workers

To Dr. Balogun, Medical Director of Inspira Urgent Care-If there was a way to give zero stars, it would have been done on this review! My wife and I both went to your Inspira Urgent Care-Vineland due her progressive cough x 1 week with end-expiratory wheezing heard without a "scope" following a course of Z-PAK and not getting better. In the same household and as “germs” like to be shared, I was coming down with similar symptoms. We both had ear pain during this issue with my wife’s illness beginning with a sore throat and ear pain (the ear pain was documented on both our records). Now, one would think a skilled practitioner would perform at the very least an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) exam, but no! All was done with my wife was feeling her submandibular lymph nodes and listening to her heart and lungs. The otoscope rested comfortably in its charger without any visualization of the throat or ears for either of us. An X-Ray was performed on my wife and she was diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia (of what region(s), aspect(s), or extent, who knows?) The "doctor" admitted a wheeze but yet no Albuterol nebulizer was administered as would be appropriated treatment for bronchospasms causing "wheezing." After this "exam" was the last we saw "professionally" any "doctor."); and my wife was sent off with a Rx for Levaquin, but was not given any Rx for a Ventolin MDI which would have been appropriate with the diagnosis for her wheezing to open up her airways. Both "discharge summaries" were delivered through a nurse without any re-contact with a "doctor." Per my "physician's" exam, it was less in-depth and consisted of just an very limited H&P, heart, and lung exam. The practitioner deemed it, Acute upper respiratory infection, unspecified and I was provided with a “Viral Respiratory Infection” Summary. I was sent on my way without any Rx though as I stated “germs” like to travel within a household. Upon discharge, nary a doctor ever spoke or approached us again, and in on leaving the exam room, sat at the nursing station unoccupied making not even a "hope you feel better." RN gave the discharge instructions. This I consider an abominable of not only proper patient care, but also extremely very poor customer service. These issues were brought up with the office manager who agreed I should have had at the least an x-ray since my cough was more long term but stated, "I can't override the doctor." Today, I AM SICKER with a temperature and no medications given by this “care” center. I have one day to get well so I can see (and infect) patients since I am also a mid-level practitioner (with prior ER experience in treating similar conditions)! This doctor’s H&P and diagnostic skills were very lax and were not worthy of a first-year medical student many of whom I have taught in the past when I was only a mid-level practitioner student, and they had more awareness of diagnostic and patient skills, sociability, and tact than what experienced in our visit.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly! We checked and had been seen by the Dr. In less than 30 mins (first time visit paperwork had to be filled out). The doctor was very friendly and caring. I am glad I ignored the negative results!

Takes much too long for an express urgent care center.

Too long of wait 30 minutes ?? ridiculous Same at other location on main rd
