I just went there today to sign some paperwork that was necessary for my mother to keep her apartment. When I walked into the office immediately after, I was treated like a child even after I spoke to them respectfully. Their demeanor was aggressive and offensive. They were rude and nasty. Especially Emma Maldonado. I have always heard problems dealing with her as a case worker and I have experienced it firsthand today. It is not necessary to treat people the way she did to me just because I look young. If you are thinking of moving here expect for witches with cauldrons to handle your paperwork.
Worst housing authority to be a tenant for... No one ever answer the phone and no one knows whats going on. Trenton need to come down on them asap. Report them to the BBB!
I am writing to make a complaint on the employees of the Vineland Housing Authority. I witnessed Emma Maldonado, the case worker for my friend's mother, display an impertinent attitude towards my friend. We arrived and greeted everyone kindly. When my friend asked the front desk to speak to her mother's caseworker, they also displayed rude behavior and slandered her while pointing and yelling at her. Emma and the other front desk employees, continued to persecute her until she signed the paperwork she was told to. The behavior of these employees is not only distasteful and obnoxious, but also highly unprofessional. If the mission statement of this housing authority is to help those in need, expectations will lead to utter disappointment.
