This agency does Not enforce The laws and regulations of New Jersey in regards to Pet and abuse claims. They repeatedly allow individuals to keep their animals and continue to neglect and abuse them. They need to be regulated, properly educated, and retrained. When you call there line about suspected animal abuse you just get the voicemail despite open hours of operation.

I was so lucky and adopted Merlin, a pitbull mix, on 9/23/2017. The staff was just beyond kind and caring! They made the process a breeze, and yet you could see the time, effort and love they have put into these animals. I would drive from PA to adopt again from this wonderful place!
My family and I just adopted two kittens from this shelter! The staff and volunteers were amazing with their help and information. It was a really wonderful experience and now we have out sweet boys!
Adopted an adult cat from here via Petsmart. It was a simple process. Staff was nice and friendly. Lots of animals needing homes. Facilities were clean. The cat we adopted has shown no signs of illness and has adapted to her new home well. We are very happy and hope to adopt again in the future.
