I have a black 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 and was horrified to learn that a neighbor had inadvertently gotten white overspray (spray paint) all over the car. After going through the carwash, NONE of it came off. I was worried that I'd have to call my insurance company, but thought I'd take it to a professional detailer first. When I spoke with Willie, he confirmed that it was pretty bad, but felt confident they could take care of it. By the end of the day all was right again. I was a little concerned that it might cost me a lot, as I'm sure it took a very long time to clean it all up. However, the final cost was incredibly cheap. HIGHLY RECOMNNED !

Made an appointment a month ago to drop off my car on a Friday to pick up Saturday. The owner even wrote it down in front of me...I call him the very Friday to reconfirm...he told me he was closed on Saturday..I explained that we both made the arrangements. The owner totally just cancelled the whole arrangement without letting me know...even after he confirmed that yes I was on his calender for tomorrow...I left him my phone# he could have called me before hand...not cool...
