I have had at least 7 transactions over the last 10 or so years with Shannon Petyan at BHG Maturo. Always professional and I feel like they are looking out for my best interest. Great company and even better agent.

Renee cheeseman used a unlicensed plumber to change a oil line which lead to a oil spill that went to a sub pump that pumps to the city sewer. Yes I have pics and video. Not only did she not report it like I already knew you have to but she said it’s no big deal and we’ll get it cleaned up. Beimg suspect of the situation I called Bondi oil company to come take a look at it and they informed me how serious the situation was and how they could not sell me oil without proper paperwork of cleanup from deep the department of environmental protection. Then I found out Charles E Davis was unlicensed since 02 who made the spill. All around bad news she was the most dishonest person I ever delt with very sneaky and unprofessional. She had no business selling houses. I don’t trust this whole realtor company now
