This restaurant was fine. Service was good and the server was nice. All we got was ice cream and i had no complaints. I see what people are saying about the scent but you don't notice it after 30 seconds. For a friendlys it's fine
It was dirty, the service was okay, the food was absolutely disgusting and not as seen on the menu. The burger i ordered had barely any meat, no cheese, one onion, barely any mayo on it, and the bun was squished. Its was disgusting and a waste of money. The waitress was nice so i gave her a $15 tip but i do not recommend this place if you want a nice all American juicy burger that you can barely bite into that has a good helping of onions, mayo, and the bun is not squashed go to red robin, texas steakhouse, or apple bees. Dont waste your money here! The people in the kitchen dont know what the hell they are doing.
There were quite a few issues with our last visit. Our ice cream was great but there were a lot of other issues with the visit. This place feels run down. It needs a lot of maintenance and a deep cleaning. The first table we were sat at was dirty, and when we were moved we weren't given menus. The waitress asked us for our order before we even had menus or drinks. Throughout the meal the wait staff was inattentive and did not table frequently enough. In fact, when it came time to pay we had to track them down to pay the bill. I doubt we'll be going back.
The service here can be hit or miss, but my family usually has a good experience. The burgers and sandwiches are great! And ice cream is a great way to end any meal! Plus, if you go to the movies and show your ticket at Friendly's, you get a discount!
horrible service i was waiting for over 15 minutes and no one asked for our drinks. i left that’s ridiculous
