1/5/17 (7:30 pm) This was the Second time I was at this store in Vineland NJ for fish, had to call the store for assistance of which Manager Ashley came out extremely rude pointing to another associate whom was busy getting huge rocks ect for this customer. I'm waiting to buy 2 fish with two kids? This Manager was so rude spoke condescending stating I would have to wait for the ladder of which was bring used by the other associate at the time? Is this the one and only ladder Petco has for the store? I was so shocked and insulted by her. I told her to just forget it and left and she told me to have a nice day... Thanks for nothing won't be back!
They don't match their own online prices in their store. They said they would gladly match PetSmart's price if I went over to the store, got a flyer and brought it back (really?!?!? Um, I'll just buy it there then!)... Most of their things are also way over priced. Good luck trying to find someone to help you in the store too. I wandered for 10 minutes before I found someone and then waited another 10 minutes for that person to find out where the keys to the cabinet were... Not going there again.... On the plus side, the one employee that I did see/speak with was nice and apologetic for their price match policy...
They took blood from my dog to test for heart worms and for tick diseases. it has been a week now . They said , they would send the results to my email address . I have still not received the email from them of the results. I called them today they said ,hold on and they would try to transfer me. Next thing I knew I was hung up on. I just wish they would send me the result so I would know if she is okay. Plus I don't know what's taking so long and I paid for this. Top all that off my poor little pekingese limped do to pain from the girl taking her blood. Because she continued poking her in the same leg even after the man said, try they other leg sense you can't get the blood out of that one . My poor fur baby was in a lot of pain until the next day. I had to give her pain medication so she could walk on that leg .
My dog (Bob) loves this place! They have excellent training. They're very courteous. And they love my dog as much as he seems to love them. I've never had any issues with them. I highly recommend them!
I always have a nice experience in this store. Staff is very helpful and appear to be knowledgeable. We always have had GQQD visits for our Rubys grooming and well being. Always good.
