Very knowledgeable. Reliable technical assistance and good counter services like water testing. I suggest that people get frustrated with their pools like they get frustrated with their kids and, too many times customers have taken that frustration out on the customer service people at Sun Valley. Give them respect and they'll give you great service. I am grateful to have them.
If I could I would have give 0 stars if not negative stars. Such a rude and nasty lady that works there. Never again.
