I just called up when they opened because I work nights and wanted to schedule an oil change one morning, so some lady picks up the phone. I ask her how much an oil change with my own oil would be, so she asks what type of oil is it, so despite that not making any difference, I tell her synthetic. So she asks me which brand, Mobil 1? So I say sure, Mobil 1.
I'm not mad, just confused what warranted such an over the top response about an oil change.
I normally do not do reviews but the service I received is worth a few minutes of my time. Great customer service! Bob explained what he did to get to what was going on with my car. Fair and reseasonable price too. I definitely will recommend this place to others and I will be back for my next oil change and for other services if needed!
We recently purchased an old RV and were looking for a mechanic in the area when we found Johnson's. From the start they were excellent! Great service and communication, love doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone with a RV or any vechicle!
From florida..had engine problems..got us in..we're honest and friendly...would highly recommend them to anyone...super people...
So I call back, this time it rings for a good 15 seconds, before a man picks up (likely the husband, judging by the Google photo). So I tell him the story and he says they don't change customers oil with their own product per company policy (so why'd the lady ask me what type?).
Puzzled, I clarify that I want to use my own oil (very politely, maybe she misheard my question from road noise over my phone). So she says "well it depends on your rent! Go change it in your own driveway!!!" and slams the phone, hangs up.
I am totally impressed with Johnson's Truck and Auto Repair. I have had my vehicle to a Ford Dealer several times and it was very costly and never fixed. Your mechanic Bob was excellent, he kept me informed on what was happening at all times. He also discovered and repaired what Ford didn't. I couldn't be happier with your company and the price of the extensive repair! You have found a new customer! Thanks again!

If how they treat a potential customer on the phone is any indication how they treat their customers, I'm glad I stayed far away.
