We were in town recently to settle my elderly aunt's estate after she passed away. She had bought a used Ford Focus from here earlier in the year and had driven it less than a year. We had no idea what to do with the car but we had to sell all her assets to settle the Will. As all three of us family members were from out of state, we did not look forward to having to go through the process of advertising this vehicle, finding a buyer, getting payment, transferring title,... Our lawyer suggested we go to dealership and see if they were willing to buy the car back. We went to Lilliston and talked to Marty who was very understanding and said he would look at the vehicle and talk to the credit union where our aunt got her loan. He later called back saying they would buy back the car for the remaining loan balance and obtain the title. Marty not only saved our family a lot of hassle and stress but was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this dealership.
