Everytime I go into Harbor Freight I stroll up and down each aisle. Even if I need to buy one particular item, I'll spend over an hour looking at all the really cool items they sell. The store's tools and power tools are not high quality. This isn't Sears folks, so don't expect this stuff to last forever.
Variety and prices can't miss. Customer service leaves something to be desired so be knowledgeable about what you want when you go.
Great place, staff, and prices! Best part....only 3.5% sales tax! Would definitely recommend to others!

I am a manager of an automotive dealership and I must say, my recent experience here at the Vineland NJ Harbor Freight was very pleasant of which I owe them this 5 star review. I bought a battery pack or jump box a little over a year ago and purchased the 2 year warranty. Recently, my wife stated the box was no longer holding a charge. I called early expressed I had misplaced my receipt for the warranty, if they could find me in the system and so on. After being advised I can be assisted, I had my wife go out there to get it exchanged. The pleasant cashier unfortunately was not aware of the fact that a manager was able to complete an exchange without a receipt and sent my wife on her way upset. After a quick phone call, "ironically, the pleasant cashier answered the call", I was transferred to John, the manager of the store and he took charge. Needless to say, the wife returned to deal exclusively with John and she is now a happy camper. Thank you John and crew. Keep up the great work.
Great for Tools you barely use. Cause the price is better then paying a lot of money for something you won’t use all the time.
