Horrible customer service. Employees should be "schooled" on the merchandise... whatever happened to hiring retired/semi retired painters, plumbers, electricians, carpenter's? Need to have people there with knowledge.

I went into Home Depot to buy 3 exterior doors it took me 30 to 40 minutes to find the right person to get the door down off the upper shelf there had to be six to eight people walking around that work there and nobody seems to know anything or weren't certified to use the lift my time in a retail store should be quick Swift and convenient I don't remember ever having this problem with the other big warehouse guy maybe I should change my thoughts of where I do business again my time is worth something
Home Depot Millville 3.5% sales tax. Not all are alike, this one is pretty decent compared to many in NJ and savings on tax.
I needed 4 hex nuts for my bed. I brought a bolt and nut to the store and not knowing where to look I got help fast from Bill Y. He assisted me pronto. Measured the Gage of the thread and got what I needed quickly. Exceptional service from my local home depot ! Thx Bill :)
Horrible! There were no store associates in the department or any of the surrounding departments to help. We asked for help by an associate,who said they couldn't help, and said he would get someone else to assist us. We waited about 10-15 MINUTES and the associate who came, told us we should try another store.
Another customer actually overheard us, and told us where we could go to get the type of screws we needed. We were looking for about 250 stainless steel torx screws.
