Terrible place to go. I took my son there and was diagnosed with asthma and ear infection. Dr. prescribed antibiotics and steroids. My son got worst over the next week. I took him back then the Dr. said he had the flu and there was nothing he can do other than treat the symptoms. Ok no problem. What the hell. Got it wrong the first time, but what can I do.
This was my second time at Vineland Urgent Care. Excellent services and care provided. No lines, no wait, doctor and staff were empathetic and had a good sense of humor making my discomfort minimal. Keep up with the good customer service!
The place sucks. They just want your copay and to bill your insurance.

To have the note extended, they wanted me to take him back for reevaluation, more money.
To our surprise there was an excellent physician(Dr. Decker)on staff. Very kid friendly and knowledgeable. We even got a follow up phone call the next day from the staff to see how my kids were doing.
I have always been pleased with front desk staff and medical assistants but the doctors left a lot to be desired.
Dr. Ayuk is great. Seemed very knowledgeable, personable, genuine and friendly during my visit today. She also seemed to prioritize her patients' time. Would have been in and out slightly faster had the nurses at Reception checked vitals instead of their phones.

Don't go there. Go someplace else where they are serious, professional and helpful. That is what you should expect when seeking medical treatment.
Last night I had to take my twins there because they have been on a rollercoaster of sickness. Reluctantly, as a last resort we went.
They gave him a Dr's note for three days friday that he didn't need it cuase he went to school and Saturday and Sunday that he has no class. They refused to extend the note because they only give notes for three days no matter what.
