doctor Jacob Cogen, MD he is always more interested in learn a second language then take care or attention to the patient.
Very illiterate employees are working in the front desk. They don't even know the basic document a student requested for his school requirement. Sorry to say that this is the worst complete care location I have ever been.
I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. When I got there, I was told the DOCTOR had called in sick LOL, so they rescheduled... yup another two week wait. Finally I went back, some of the staff were a little less than friendly. Once I got into the exam room though, seemed good. Doc wanted me to get blood tests etc but failed to tell me where they were to be done. Again, rude staff now. I asked about it, and the lady said, "Oh you can get that done here, are you fasting?" Cripes, I ate breakfast. She told me I could come any day without appointment to get it done, just call ahead first, because sometimes the blood test person is called to another location. Sheesh. I use transportation that requires at least two-day notice to schedule. The doctor was very good, thorough. I'm glad I didn't have severe flu or something. I need help with anxiety; the desk staff only add to it. I'd have given less stars, but the doctor was great.
the worst doctor ever, all patients complain about him and they keep him over there... i love complete care... and i really don't understand why they keep him.
Took 2 weeks to get a referral because they said I needed to see a doctor first. Went to my appointment to see the doctor, and the nurses decided that they could just write me the referral that day, no doctor visit required. What? Besides problems with less knowledgeable staff, the doctors here are actually pretty good.
