One doctor in particular has an ego issue and feels the need to write reports on things of which he has no first hand knowledge - then becomes difficult when asked to define or correct what he has written. This action almost cause me to lose my foster child because he was so difficult in dealing with DYFS.
I went here as a child i'm now in my early 20s. I had a wonderful doctor, the staff was always very kind to me.
Pediatrics has wonderful doctors, amazing nurses and a great front end staff.
I have already filled out the paperwork and will be moving my kids to a different pediatrician ASAP>
Once my son was out of his ADD meds for over a week because NO ONE CALLED to tell me it was ready for pick up ( as is their policy) When I called to inquire I got a very terse "If we didn't call it isn't ready!"

Switched to them from another local peds office or rather peds factory because I was tired of my kids never seeing the same person twice and there were ego issues at the other place.
Vineland Pediatrics needs to get an office staff that is helpful AND courteous. They have cause me to run back and forth across town several times for refferals and scripts because of their mistakes.
Husband and I were both patients here as children. Both of our daughters now are regular patients here of Dr. Jain, and we couldn't be happier as there have never been any run arounds or difficulties in dealing with them in 26 years. The office staff is polite and whenever one of our girls is sick, they make sure to get us in right away.
