Went to same office 7 Aug 2016 to check out my own hand and wrist after a painful fall. Some waiting, but it WAS late morning Saturday, so not surprising. Doctor, x-ray tech and the rest of the staff were empathetic and thorough. They called a couple of days later to check on me as well. So, yes, I feel they deserve my five star rating!
The people were nice it was the fact that I had to wait almost two hours to be treated and watch as other patients who came in after me were treated. No one called my name to be treated even though they said they had.
Went with our daughter-in-law to have sick grandson in January 2016. All of the staff were kind and patient with the three of us, doctor was quick but thorough. Treatment he prescribed had our grandson feeling better within a couple of days. Would recommend this office to anyone!
Went there and was treated quickly and with respect. They were all concerned with my care.. If I ever need to have express care i would've return there. Thank you

While the front office staff was extremely friendly and inviting, the back room is completely different. Went in with substantial pain today, 4/10/17, in my right foot. Not sure what happened to cause it, so obviously, I'm coming to the doctor for help because it is extremely painful and going on two days. After waiting an hour and a half, he finally comes in, does NOT introduce himself, shake hands, nothing. Comes in, takes off my sock, and starts aggressively playing with my foot, where I am trying not to scream out in pain. Then is talking to my mother instead of me. Excuse me, I am your patient and I am perfectly capable of speaking. After violently playing with my pained foot, and asking me no questions about my level of pain, he leaves the room to which I hear him mocking, "She doesn't even know how she hurt it.", with a chuckle, and sits back down at a computer. I'm sorry, I was very offended and angry at the level of unprofessionalism of this doctor. Then, a nurse comes in, takes me to do my X-rays. After waiting another hour, the doctor returns stating, "I don't see anything wrong. But, if they see anything different on your X-rays, we'll call you.". So, you're telling me you didn't even look at my X-rays. Then states, "I'll give you a note to get out of school tomorrow.". I am a twenty year old female! I am not a child, I am not enrolled in high school or middle school. This only thus proved that this doctor had not even bothered to look at my file long enough to know my age. I was highly offended and will NEVER return to this location again. Next time I will go straight to the ER where I know I'll wait the same time frame as I did today and get accurate and professional service. I highly recommend you fire this professional and get more professional doctors.
I had to go there several times for myself and my daughter. Staff very friendly and understanding. A little wait but nothing more than a doctor office. Treatment was on point and we were feeling better in a couple of days. Highly recommended.
