Good paid job
Despite tracking saying the freight is delivered today and I stay home for a shipment, they call that day and ask if it is residential. The tracking even shows it is, so they schedule for the next day! How is FedEx tracking wrong?!?! MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT and causes me to lose money from work because their tracking shows delivery today and no delivery.
I submitted delivery instructions for the package to be placed inside our mudroom due to inclement weather. The driver instead plopped the package on our front porch with half of it hanging off haphazardly. Very dissatisfied with their services.
