Wait staff is great but that's all you can say about this location, food is not good compared to other locations and my past two visits here we had cold food come out. Management seems poor as well. Will not be returning to this location.

This is the only place our family entirely enjoys. We all can find something in there we like. Good selections of traditional American cuisine, not so healthy, but if you have family or friends visiting from overseas, they can be pleased with REAL delicious hamburgers no other fast food will ever compare to. Shakes are also their signature dish, so make sure you don't skip that. I just wish they had more healthy options, that is why I am eating 4 star. The staff here at Cumberland Mall Red Robin is very nice and courteous. Good job!
My family and I love this place. 2 of us have Celiac and have been able to eat here worry free for years. This is one of our favorite place to eat. The burgers are delicious, the fries are hot, tasty and unlimited and the staff is top- notch. The manager and host are super friendly and the wait staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
